Return Policy
Manufacturing Defects
If the product is faulty or has a manufacturing defect, we offer a 7-day return window.
Product Authenticity
If the item is not genuine, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you must notify us immediately upon delivery. To ensure a valid claim, please record a video of the unboxing process, including the sealed package. Without this video, we will not be able to process your return.
Incorrect Product
If the product is not as described or differs from the website image, please contact us within 24 hours. Keep the package sealed until inspected.
Promotional Items
Products purchased through sales, discounts, or flash deals are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please check the items carefully before confirming payment in front of the delivery agent.

Refund Timeline

For payments made by credit card, the refund will be processed to your bank account within 7-15 working days.

If you paid via Bkash, Rocket, or Mobile Banking, the refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the case of pre-order or advance payment, the amount is non-refundable.

If you cancel an order after full payment, a penalty of BDT 1000 or 70% of the order value will apply. The remaining balance can only be used for other product purchases.
Warranty Policy
We offer a warranty on products depending on the type of warranty provided by the manufacturer or Digitechbd.
Brand Warranty
If the product is covered by a brand warranty, please notify us during the warranty period. We will liaise with the brand to resolve the issue within 10-25 working days.
Replacement Warranty
Available only for manufacturing defects, and only one replacement will be offered within the warranty period. Products with scratches or dents are not eligible for replacement.
Warranty Processing
Warranty claims may take up to 3-4 weeks, as it may involve replacement or repairs. By placing an order, you agree to this time frame.
Digitechbd Warranty
We offer a 7-day warranty from the date of receiving your product for any manufacturing defects.
Only one replacement is provided during the warranty period.
The warranty period starts from the day you receive the product.

If you cannot find warranty details in the product description, it is not covered by a specific warranty and will be governed by our basic return/refund policies.

Warranty is valid as long as the authorized distributor continues services. If services are discontinued, we cannot provide warranty support.

Shipping Costs
